ServiceNow Architect Job in India :

Location : Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Indore, Ahmedabad , India

We are seeking an experienced Data Foundation Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions. The ideal candidate will lead greenfield implementations, design scalable data foundation architecture, and act as a trusted advisor to clients. This role involves driving CMDB strategy, governance, integrations, and best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The candidate will also contribute to accelerators, RFP responses, and stay aligned with evolving ServiceNow capabilities including Now Assist offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture

• Lead greenfield implementations for ITAM and ITOM modules

• Navigate solution architecture through governance and approval processes

• Influence stakeholders and communicate architectural decisions effectively

• Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Act as trusted advisor to clients for ServiceNow data foundation and architecture

• Guide junior team members through best practices, code reviews, and design reviews

• Contribute to RFP and RFQ responses with solution architecture and estimates

• Participate in technical interviews and hiring evaluations

• Develop and contribute to reusable accelerators and frameworks

• Stay updated with ServiceNow product releases and Now Assist offerings

• Handle client escalations and provide architectural resolution

• Collaborate with integration teams for ServiceNow integrations

• Define CMDB architecture, data models, and governance standards

• Participate in governance forums for design approvals and architecture reviews

• Drive best practices for data quality, discovery, and asset management

• Motivate and mentor team members while acting as a role model

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on ServiceNow platform

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM implementations

• Experience delivering at least 3 greenfield ITAM or ITOM implementations

• Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM, HAM, and Discovery

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and data modeling

• Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, APIs)

• Experience participating in architecture governance and design approvals

• Hands-on experience developing ServiceNow accelerators and frameworks

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Now Assist for ITAM and ITOM

• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data foundation and asset lifecycle

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities

• Experience conducting workshops and solution discovery sessions

• Strong documentation and architectural presentation skills
