SAP SD9 Consultant Remote job in India :

Location : Remote , India

Company is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to provide end-to-end application support and drive system enhancements within SAP environments. The role involves ensuring stable SAP operations, resolving complex technical and functional issues, and optimizing Sales & Distribution processes across integrated systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, manage system integrations, and ensure high-quality releases while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes for recurring issues.
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules including pricing, billing, shipping, and output determination.
• Manage change requests, system enhancements, and transport management activities.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP interfaces including IDocs and XML message integrations.
• Perform ITC and NRT testing to ensure stable and high-quality system releases.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers to design and implement technical solutions.
• Support system integrations with SAP modules such as FI, MM, and TM.
• Document solutions and maintain an updated knowledge repository.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to KPIs and operational standards.

Key Qualifications

• 8–11 years of experience in SAP SD support and project delivery.
• Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD configuration and downstream processes.
• Experience in system integration and interface monitoring.
• Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
