Role Overview:

In this role, you will take ownership of the key products or technology in the company’s portfolio.
You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, testers, and designers to develop innovative and user-centered products.
You will play a key role in coordinating with internal teams and external partners, supporting the development and enhancement of innovative insurance and financial products.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks:

Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
Define, modify, and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning user needs with business goals.
Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring a user-centric product experience.
Design wireframes and assist in creating prototypes.
Communicate effectively and operate with cross-functional teams (designers, testers, developers) throughout the product life cycle.
Own product delivery, overseeing the entire process from planning to launch and optimizing the software development process for efficiency.
Understand and communicate prioritization and scope changes effectively with stakeholders, managing expectations.
Utilize the best tools for customer discovery, market analysis, product management, and stakeholder feedback to make informed decisions.
Maintain and handle the product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for ongoing product development.
Participate in daily Scrum calls to track product progress and resolve blockers.
Create product roadmaps, PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and product innovations.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-to-market activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in software development as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
Solid working knowledge of the product management lifecycle.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., .NET, Angular, Postgres).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Confluence, Trello).
