Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops, analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and translate requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA PLM solutions.
• Prepare solution designs, functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, training materials, and support documentation.
• Configure and support relevant SAP PLM capabilities, including Product Structure/Bill of Materials, Document Management System, Engineering Change Management, Classification, Variant Configuration, and related workflows.
• Design end-to-end processes spanning engineering, product development, manufacturing, procurement, quality, maintenance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with ABAP, Fiori, integration, security, data, infrastructure, and other SAP functional teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Plan and execute unit, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; manage defects through closure.
• Support master-data preparation, migration, validation, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and transition to application support.
• Assess S/4HANA simplifications, standard capabilities, and fit-to-standard options while controlling customisation.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend sustainable fixes.
• Provide work estimates, track deliverables and risks, mentor junior consultants, and communicate status to stakeholders.
