About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into effective design solutions that enhance usability and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to define and deliver effective design solutions
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products
• Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards to enhance usability and inclusivity
• Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to stakeholders with clarity
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced Agile environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Visual Design roles
• Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and cross-team collaboration
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user interfaces
• Experience in creating, managing, and scaling design systems
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability principles is an added advantage
