Company is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, collaborating closely with our Team Leader and clients to source, screen, and hire top talent. You will play a key role in identifying quality candidates using multiple channels, coordinating interviews, handling negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of recruitment metrics. This position requires someone who can multitask across multiple industries and roles while consistently meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyse client requirements across various IT and non-IT skill sets.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates through the recruitment process.
• Conduct cold calls, handle emails, arrange interviews, and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Utilize multiple job portals, social media platforms, and headhunting techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Handle multiple positions across industries, applying different recruitment strategies as needed.
• Maintain timely reporting of recruitment metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to close open requirements effectively.
• Take ownership of meeting recruitment targets and deliverables within defined timelines.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment agencies or IT companies hiring for client requirements.
• Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri , Monster, Shine for job posting and bulk emailing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social hiring techniques.
• Experience in hiring for at least 2 IT domains such as programming languages (Java, Python, .NET), Data Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Testing, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to meet monthly recruitment targets consistently.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems.
