Roles & Responsibilities
● Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
● Create engaging Instagram reels and short-form videos
● Appear on camera for brand videos when required
● Cover events and create live/event-based content
● Develop influencer-style storytelling formats
● Write captions and hooks that drive engagement
● Track performance and suggest improvements
● Stay updated with trends, audios, and platform changes
● Coordinate with designers and editors for execution Requirements
● 1–3 years of experience in social media / content creation
● Comfortable speaking on camera
● Good understanding of Instagram & short-form video trends
● Basic understanding of content performance metrics
● Confident communication skills
● Ability to shoot content using phone/camera
● Creative thinker with fast execution ability
● Understanding of brand positioning
● Personal Instagram / influencer presence
