TeleSales Executive Job in Chennai India :

The company is looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell organic products to customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, be customer-focused, and passionate about sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable organic products, achieving sales targets, handling customer queries, and building long-term customer relationships. Experience in tele sales is preferred, with fluency in Tamil being essential, while knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage. Candidates with prior experience in selling organic, FMCG, or health products and who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers and promote organic products
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain customer details and update records regularly
  • Follow up with customers for repeat sales
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Key skills and Qualifications :

Immediate joiners preferred

Experience in Tele Sales / Tele Calling

Strong selling and convincing skills

Good communication skills in Tamil

Knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of CRM or call-tracking systems (preferred)

Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude

Experience in selling organic, FMCG, or health products
