Key Responsibilities:

• Company is looking for a passionate Assistant Manager – R&D to join our research team and work on catalyst development for pharmaceutical and fine chemical applications.
• Conduct laboratory research and catalyst synthesis. Develop and evaluate homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts. Perform catalyst characterization and technical analysis. Support client projects and provide technical solutions. Maintain accurate research documentation and reports. Follow laboratory safety, risk assessment, and compliance procedures. Collaborate with internal R&D teams and contribute to new product development.

Role Proficiencies:

• PhD in Chemistry
• 2 years of relevant R&D experience
• Strong laboratory and research skills.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.
