In this role, you will lead performance marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with creative, content, and business teams to develop data-driven strategies, optimize campaign performance, and maximize return on investment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, strong analytical skills, and experience managing teams and eCommerce marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Develop and implement customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze marketing data, consumer insights, and campaign trends to support business decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and support team members to drive accountability, performance, and professional development.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Proven experience working with eCommerce brands and digital customer acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of social media trends, digital content, and consumer behavior.
- Highly organized, responsible, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency environment is preferred.
- SaaS marketing experience and Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) are an added advantage
