About the Role:

Company is looking for a dynamic Associate – Solution Design & Commercials who will be responsible for designing supply chain solutions, building cost models, and preparing commercials/proposals for clients. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills to support Edgistify’s growth and deliver scalable client solutions.

Key Responsibilities ::

Gather and analyze client requirements, data, and operational inputs to design warehouse and supply chain solutions.
Develop warehouse layouts, process flows, and resource models.
Prepare costing and commercial models to support proposals and negotiations.
Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to optimize pricing and efficiency.
Collaborate with operations, implementation, and technology teams to validate solution designs.
Support client presentations, proposals, and RFP responses with solution and pricing inputs.
Maintain and update internal databases, costing sheets, and solution templates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
1–3 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, commercials, or consulting (internships can be counted for fresh graduates).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools will be a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
