Key Details:
• Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, software architecture, and team handling.
What You Will Do:
• Drive Al Solutions: Architect, fine-tune, and deploy Generative Al applications, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Text-to-Speech, and Image Generation systems (like SDXL and ComfyUI). Build smart, multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and DSPY.
• Lead Software Architecture: Design scalable, real-time backend systems using technologies like FastAPI, Django, and Node.js. Ensure smooth integrations between complex Al features and full-stack web applications (including React/Next.js). Master DevOps & MLOps: Take full control of cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Build highly efficient CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and optimize containerized environments using Docker, ensuring fast and cost-effective Al inference. Manage Data Engineering: Design end-to-end data pipelines. Handle data scraping, automation, and integrations with databases like PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and vector databases (e.g., Qdrant).

Team Leadership: Seamlessly manage, mentor, and direct a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality code, timely project delivery, and a collaborative work environment.
Core Skills You Must Have:
Top-tier expertise (5/5) in Generative AI, MLOps, and AI/ML Development. Strong command over Python ecosystems (PyTorch, Transformers, Scikit-Learn). Proven ability in Data Engineering, web scraping, and transforming semi-structured data. Deep practical knowledge of Cloud Technologies and DevOps, including dramatically optimizing Docker images and serverless deployments
