Key Responsibilities:

• Review site survey reports and identify technical, execution, electrical, structural, and safety-related risks.
• Coordinate with design teams for solar PV layouts, SLDs, electrical drawings, and technical documentation.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure designs are practical and aligned with project requirements.
• Support quotation preparation, project estimation, costing, BOQ preparation, and BOQ finalisation.
• Review module, inverter, structure, cable, electrical, and other BOS requirements.
• Prepare material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Evaluate vendor technical offers and support technical/commercial comparisons.
• Monitor procurement status, material deliveries, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site execution teams to resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Provide technical inputs and make timely decisions to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and highlight delays or risks.
• Support testing, commissioning, punch-point closure, billing, documentation, and final project handover.
• Maintain proper project records, drawings, approvals, reports, test certificates, and handover documents.

Role Proficiencies:

• Strong understanding of Solar PV / Solar EPC projects.
• Knowledge of DC and AC systems, modules, inverters, cables, earthing, protection, and SLDs.
• Ability to understand and review solar layouts, technical drawings, BOQs, and equipment datasheets.
• Experience in project planning, coordination, estimation, and costing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, procurement, design, and site teams.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and work within deadlines.
