Key Responsibilities

• Acquiring, growing, and deepening HNI/UHNI and non-resident and resident individual banking customer relationships through effective relationship management.
• Focusing on the analysis and satisfaction of non-resident and resident individual HNI/UHNI customers’ financial and investment needs and objectives.
• Increasing share of wallet and revenues via Mutual Fund, AIF, PMS, and other wealth and banking products.
• Providing professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Managing key performance indicators at the highest level.

Requirements

• Relevant certification.
• Post Graduate qualification.
• Knowledge of capital markets.
• Prior experience in handling high net worth clients.
