Government Tender Lead Gurgaon India :

Location : Gurugaon, Uttar Pradesh , India

We are looking for an experienced Government Tender Lead to drive public sector revenue growth across North India. This is a strategic, field-intensive role focused on building strong relationships with government stakeholders and successfully managing long-cycle tender opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying government projects, driving bid strategies, and securing high-value contracts while collaborating closely with internal technical and operational teams.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with government departments, water boards, PSUs, and municipal corporations.
• Identify upcoming tenders and develop early-stage opportunities in the public sector.
• Lead pre-bid engagement, qualification documentation (PQ), and tender submission processes.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and legal teams to prepare strong and compliant proposals.
• Manage the complete government sales cycle from opportunity identification to bid submission, negotiation, award, and account growth.
• Position solutions through consultative and compliance-driven selling approaches.
• Achieve revenue targets while developing long-term government accounts.
• Travel extensively and maintain strong on-ground engagement with stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in government, infrastructure, or public sector sales.
• Strong network within the North India government ecosystem.
• Deep expertise in government tendering, PQ documentation, and bid strategy.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of technical or solution-based selling.
• High level of integrity, credibility, and financial responsibility.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-driven role.
