Company looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees. This role is key to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front office operations in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls, route appropriately, and take messages when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with internal teams
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as required
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management
  • Ensure the front desk reflects the brand’s image at all times
  • Monitor and manage front desk schedules, follow-ups, and daily operationsKey Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma; certification in Office Management or related field is a plus
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front office role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
