The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, sourcing resumes, screening applicants, coordinating with candidates, and supporting the recruitment process for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through various platforms.
• Review and shortlist candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers/recruiters.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and timelines.
• Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic understanding of recruitment/HR processes is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and online recruitment platforms.

Compensation

This is a commission-based freelance opportunity. Earnings will depend on successful recruitment/placements and the applicable commission structure.
