The company is looking for a skilled, reliable, and technically proficient Computer Hardware Engineer to join our team in West Delhi, New Delhi, India, for a full-time, in-office position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily IT operations. The role involves providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, peripheral devices, and other IT equipment, diagnosing hardware failures, resolving system errors, addressing network connectivity issues, and managing user access problems within agreed timelines. The candidate will monitor network and system performance, support the setup and maintenance of wired and wireless networks, and work with routers, switches, wireless access points, and basic network security controls to ensure reliable connectivity and system availability. Responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate IT asset inventories, updating service and maintenance records, documenting recurring technical issues and their resolutions, prioritising support requests, and ensuring timely resolution of employee IT concerns. The Computer Hardware Engineer will provide clear, professional, and user-friendly technical assistance to employees, explain troubleshooting procedures, and help users resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems effectively. The role will also require coordinating with external vendors and service providers for equipment repairs, hardware replacements, warranty claims, installations, and other technical support requirements. Candidates should have relevant experience in computer hardware maintenance, desktop support, network administration, or IT infrastructure operations, along with practical knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer assembly, peripheral devices, LAN/WAN networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common network troubleshooting techniques. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work methodically while managing multiple technical issues. Familiarity with IT asset management, preventive maintenance, basic network security, and technical documentation will be beneficial. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and related hardware.
• Set up and support wired and wireless networks, routers, switches, access points, and basic network security controls.
• Diagnose hardware failures, connectivity issues, operating system errors, and user access problems, resolving incidents within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, warranties, and installation support when required.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in computer hardware maintenance, desktop support, network administration, or infrastructure operations.
