About the Role:

Company is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer to design, build, and deliver intelligent automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. This hands-on role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable automation outcomes. You will contribute to high-impact projects across education and healthcare domains while delivering secure, ROI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using secure development practices.
Implement automation components aligned with defined technical designs and delivery plans.
Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to support end-to-end automation delivery.
Apply development standards, reusable frameworks, and coding best practices.
Create and execute unit and functional test plans to meet quality and acceptance criteria.
Diagnose automation issues and provide effective, scalable resolutions.
Produce and maintain technical documentation including solution designs and operational handovers.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving activities.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation Anywhere Developer/Consultant.
Strong experience delivering intelligent automation solutions in production environments.
Exposure to Microsoft Azure AI services.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.
Experience managing multiple workstreams and meeting changing deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent English communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
High adaptability and eagerness to learn emerging automation and AI technologies.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, machine learning, or conversational AI.
Knowledge of Power Apps or other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
Experience working in start-up or scale-up environments
