The company is looking for an AI Lead with 10–12 years of overall experience andminimum 2+ years of relevant experience in an AI Lead or equivalent leadershiprole, who is passionate about building scalable, production-grade AI systems anddriving AI-led business transformation.In this role, you will lead AI strategy, architecture, and delivery, mentor AI anddata science teams, and partner closely with engineering and business leaders todeliver high-impact AI-driven platforms and solutions.Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the end-to-end AI strategy, roadmap, and execution acrossproducts and platforms
• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI solutionsin production environments
• Translate complex business problems into scalable AI architectures anddata-driven solutions
• Oversee the full AI lifecycle including data preparation, model training,validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Drive adoption of GenAI, LLMs, predictive analytics, and intelligentautomation
• Collaborate with product, engineering, cloud, and business stakeholders toalign AI initiatives with enterprise goals
• Establish AI best practices, coding standards, MLOps pipelines, andgovernance frameworks
• Mentor, guide, and grow high-performing AI engineers, ML engineers, anddata scientists
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, cost, bias, and reliability inproduction systems
• Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologiesMust-Have Skills – Technical Skills (with Minimum Experience)
• Overall AI / ML Experience: Minimum 7+ years in applied AI, machinelearning, or data science
• AI Leadership: Minimum 2+ years leading AI/ML teams, architecture, orenterprise AI initiatives
• Programming: Minimum 6+ years strong hands-on experience withPython for AI/ML development
• ML Frameworks: Minimum 5+ years experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch,Scikit-learn, or equivalent
• GenAI & LLMs: Minimum 3+ years experience with LLMs, promptengineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, or AI agents
• Deep Learning: Minimum 4+ years experience in NLP, computer vision, oradvanced deep learning models
• Data Engineering & Feature Engineering: Minimum 5+ years handlingstructured and unstructured data, feature pipelines, and transformations
• Cloud AI Platforms: Minimum 4+ years deploying AI solutions on Azure(preferred), AWS, or GCP
• MLOps & Production AI: Minimum 3+ years experience with model lifecyclemanagement, CI/CD for AI, monitoring, and drift detection
• Model Deployment: Minimum 4+ years experience deploying models viaAPIs, microservices, containers, or cloud-native systems
• Data Science Fundamentals: Strong expertise (minimum 6+ years) instatistics, probability, model evaluation, and optimization
• AI Governance & Responsible AI: Minimum 2+ years understanding ofexplainability, bias mitigation, and AI governanceProfessional & Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearlyarticulate complex AI concepts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
