Company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and manage existing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for sales.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Track sales activities and prepare regular reports
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • CRM knowledge is an added advantage
