HR Assistant Manager Job in Gurgaon India:
Company is looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager β People Operations with strong experience in Non-IT hiring, especially Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT/MT). This role is 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can take ownership, and make quick, practical decisions.

- 3 to 4 years of Non IT recruitment experience.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT / MT)
- Proven experience in bulk and lateral hiring for field sales roles (ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors)
- Startup experience mandatory (fast-paced, high-growth environment)
- Strong capability in end-to-end talent acquisition (sourcing to onboarding)
- Experience with job portals, field hiring, referrals, and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage aggressive hiring targets, quick closures, and low TAT
- Basic exposure to HR Operations (onboarding, documentation, HRMS, attendance, compliance)

Key Responsibilities :
πΉ Talent Acquisition (80%)
β End-to-end hiring for Offline Sales roles including:
β General Trade (GT)
β Modern Trade (MT)
β Field Sales, ASM, SO, Promoters, Supervisors, etc.
β Handle bulk and lateral hiring across levels for FMCG sales teams
β Source candidates through:
β Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
β Field hiring, referrals, vendor coordination
β Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with business stakeholders
β Ensure quick closures, high offer-to-joining ratio, and minimal TAT
β Maintain hiring trackers, MIS, and recruitment dashboards
β Strong follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding
πΉ HR Operations (20%)
β Support onboarding and joining formalities
β Coordinate documentation, employee records, and HRMS updates
β Assist in attendance, leave, and basic employee lifecycle processes
β Act as a point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR queries
β Ensure HR compliance and process adherence
Required Skills & Experience
β 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Non-IT hiring
β Mandatory experience in Offline Sales hiring for FMCG brands (GT/MT)
β Startup experience is mandatory (high-growth, fast-changing environment)
β Strong understanding of sales hiring challenges and ground realities
