Company looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and employees. This role is key to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front office operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls, route appropriately, and take messages when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with internal teams
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges as required
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management
- Ensure the front desk reflects the brand’s image at all times
- Monitor and manage front desk schedules, follow-ups, and daily operationsKey Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma; certification in Office Management or related field is a plus
- 4–6 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front office role
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
