Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs for different roles
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR recruitment and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with job portals and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
