About the Role :
- We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can plan and develop effective social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals. This role focuses on creating structured content and campaign plans that are both engagement-driven and performance-friendly, ensuring social media efforts support organic growth as
- well as paid advertising initiatives. The strategist will work closely with content, design, and performance teams to ensure campaigns are executed as per the defined strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop social media strategies aligned with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
- Plan content calendars, campaign themes, and platform-specific strategies.
- Ensure social media strategies are optimized for both organic engagement and paid ads performance.
- Analyze platform insights, trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and performance marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data.
Requirements :
- 2—3 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends.
- Ability to plan campaigns that support both brand awareness and performance marketing goals.
- Experience analyzing insights and turning data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and ad-friendly content planning is preferred.
