SAP PP Support Consultant Remote Job in India :

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PP, QM, and PM modules. This role focuses on end-to-end SAP application support, including incident management, issue resolution, system enhancements, and collaboration with business users to ensure stable, optimized, and efficient operations within an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional support for SAP PP, QM, and PM processes
• Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve functional and technical issues
• Deliver system enhancements through SAP customizing and configuration
• Perform ITC/NRT testing and manage transport requests
• Support SAP S/4HANA and FIORI environments
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for technical fixes and developments
• Manage SAP integrations (RFC, iDocs, XML) with production and WMS systems
• Understand and support integration points with MM, EWM, FICO, and SD modules
• Engage with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and prevent recurring incidents
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
• Work with Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules
• Experience in SAP IT application support and change request management
• Expertise in S/4HANA and FIORI
• Strong knowledge of SAP system integrations (RFC, iDocs, XML)
• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers
• Good understanding of cross-module integrations (MM, EWM, FICO, SD)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience using ServiceNow and JIRA
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
