About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer with deep expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to join our high-performance engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend services and contributing to system architecture with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Go
- Solve complex problems using optimized algorithms and data structures
- Architect scalable, secure, and reliable systems
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in system design discussions and code reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with 3+ years in Golang (production)
- Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience building microservices and REST/gRPC APIs
- Strong knowledge of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, mutexes)
- Experience with Relational & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to write unit, integration, and load tests
- Coding competition experience is a plus (LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank)
Soft Skills:
