Role OverviewWe’re hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and scale our affiliate acquisition channel. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role focused on building a high-ROI affiliate engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and scale affiliate programs via Commission Junction (CJ) and similar platforms
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates and partners
- Define commission structures, incentives, and payout models
- Track and optimize CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and affiliate ROI
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to improve conversions

- Affiliate channel becomes a predictable, scalable source of user acquisition
- Strong ROI with high-quality users and low CAC
- Reliable network of engaged, high-performing affiliate partners
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Prior experience working with a US-based company or US market (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Commission Junction (CJ)
- Proven track record of scaling affiliate-driven growth
- Strong analytical mindset with an execution bias
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
Nice to Have
- SaaS, AI, or marketplace experience
- HR tech or job platform exposure
