Overall responsibility includes but not limited to business generation.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Core Responsibilities

·        Responsible for increasing business in the assigned geography /cluster

·        Participate in meetings with branch leaders and training branch staff/reportees regarding product benefits and features.

·        Connect to customers, understand needs, provide closures..

·        Complete understanding of product, process, pricing, subvention, guidelines etc.

·        Hire, train and motivate sales officers to improve their productivity and revenue.

·        Ensure coordination with team for sales, activation and service TATs

·        Create cross sell opportunities of other products.

·        Effectively use productivity tool for lead management and record all meetings /activities/ trainings with the branch team.
