About the Role

A hands on social media internship where you own our channels from day one. You plan content, create posts, run our presence across platforms and grow the audience, working directly with the marketing and founding team, not on the sidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
• Create posts, reels, carousels and short videos, from idea to publish
• Write scroll stopping captions and hooks that fit each platform
• Use AI tools like Claude to speed up ideation, copy and creative workflows
• Engage with the community: comments, DMs and trends
• Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and report on what is working
• Run experiments to grow the audience and test new formats

Requirements

• A 6 month internship or strong project experience in social media or content
• A feel for what performs on Instagram, LinkedIn and short video
• Basic design and video editing skills: Canva, CapCut or similar
• Strong writing and a sense for hooks and trends
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
• A fast learner who takes ownership

Location & Work Mode

Based in or willing to relocate to Noida, this role is onsite.
