About the Role

Company is looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage day-to-day client coordination and ensure the seamless execution of marketing and advertising projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client briefs and communicate requirements to internal creative and production teams.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track project timelines and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, status reports, and campaign updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
