Job Description
The company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Supply Chain / Manufacturing to support business and technology initiatives within the supply chain and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project teams to understand requirements, improve business processes, and deliver effective solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, documenting functional requirements, and working closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements related to Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support project planning, execution, testing, and implementation activities.
- Prepare business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve business and technical issues.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing.
- Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing processes.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with both business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge or experience with SAP.
- Familiarity with .NET / Microsoft technology environments is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Supply Chain / Manufacturing Experience
