QA Engineer (Python) Jobs in Bangalore Karnataka India :

Job location : Bangalore , Karnataka , India

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or Java with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Hands-on experience in UI automation for web, desktop, and/or mobile applications using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, PyWinAuto
• Good exposure to testing frameworks such as PyTest, Unittest, TestNG (optional)
• Experience in API/Web Services automation and validation
• Experience in automation framework design, development, and maintenance
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems, Defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.), Test management systems
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/Copilot for test development, AI-powered code review and productivity tools
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-assisted test case generation, Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and usage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across QA, Development, and Product teams.
• Experience with Playwright automation framework.
• Exposure to AI-driven testing platforms and intelligent automation tools.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development practices.
• Experience contributing to framework architecture and reusable automation utilities.
