Company is looking for an experienced SAP Product Manager to lead product initiatives, collaborate with engineering teams, and manage key business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess strong product management expertise, SAP exposure, and the ability to independently drive requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and project execution. This role requires a proactive professional who can bridge business and technology teams, ensure requirement clarity, and drive successful product delivery in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Ensure requirement clarity and support engineering teams throughout execution.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectation setting across business and technical teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate with US-based teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive product roadmap discussions and prioritize business needs.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira.
• Support ongoing project delivery and resource transition activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Mandatory exposure to SAP environments and business processes.
• Experience with Procure-to-Revenue, Record-to-Revenue, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Exposure to SAP Finance modules (FICO preferred).
• Candidates with experience in other SAP modules and willingness to learn FICO are also suitable.
• Understanding of finance concepts such as General Ledger (GL), Sub-Ledger, and Group Reporting.
• Experience working with global teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
