This is a remote position.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to support our business development and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, introducing our recruitment services to potential clients and candidates, and maintaining strong professional relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and candidates.
• Introduce company recruitment and staffing services to potential customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
• Follow up on inquiries and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM/database.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about services.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with recruitment and business development teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare and submit regular call activity reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a related role.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
• Strong listening and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or any Graduate.
