Company is hiring a motivated Sales Analyst to drive outbound B2B/B2C sales for a leading Canadian-based NVOCC in the Freight Forwarding & 3PL industry. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting shipping and logistics solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers across logistics, freight forwarding, and 3PL sectors
• Conduct outbound cold calls (60–70 daily), emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads
• Develop marketing strategies and maintain an active sales funnel
• Present company services effectively to prospects and convert leads into customers
• Track and analyze sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records

KeySkills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of outbound sales experience (BPO/KPO experience preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
