About The company :
We are Probus Smart Things and are working on IoT solutions that can be used to solve massive
scale problems byconnecting things to people.
At Probus we are digitizing the electricity distribution grids to bring down network losses and ensure
that electricity reaches every house-hold.
We do this by building sensors, controllers, low power edge devices, connect and manage multiple
sensors with our ecosystem.
Probus Smart Things has been awarded as the Startup of the Year 2018 and our wireless technology
in2020, has beenawarded by India Smart Grid Forum, Government of India.
Probus has also been mentored by Cisco and Qualcomm in their startup accelerators.
We are a Venture Capital funded company and have raised our pre-series-A round in 2021.
We are looking for passionate electronics engineers to build the hardware that runs on edge
computing, system onchips, communicates with cloud servers, server-less containers, and

During your time with Probus Smart Things,
• Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring
clear and effective communication to meet client expectations.
• Team Leadership – Lead and supervise customer success teams, ensuring motivation and
alignment with project goals. Oversee day-to-day operations for smooth execution.
• Project Planning and Execution – Develop detailed project plans, including schedules,
scopes, and budget estimations. Ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans.
Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as
needed. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate project status and
results to stakeholders.
• Analytical Monitoring – Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement
effective solutions. Adapt scope, timelines, and costs as necessary.
• Customer Interaction – Handle customer interactions professionally, ensuring needs are met
and issues resolved promptly. Maintain high standards of service delivery.
• SLA Maintenance – Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) according to client
requirements.
• Budget Management – Accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets to ensure
financial viability.
• IT Systems Management – Oversee the integration and management of IT systems related to
the project. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field (PGDM/MBA a plus).
• 3-7 years of experience in smart metering, utilities, or distribution grids with minimum 1-2
years of experience in handling project
• Proven experience in customer management, site/field team supervision, and involvement in
AMI projects, EPC projects, SLA maintenance, project cost calculation, and IT system
management.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic
environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action.
• High level of ownership and a commitment to achieving project goals.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams and IT teams to meet client requirements and maintain
SLA.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and any
