Content Creator & Social Media Manager – Udex Architecture

Udex Architecture is looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to continue into a long-term role based on results and performance.

Company is a London-based RIBA Chartered architectural practice working on residential, commercial, and development projects across London. We are looking for someone who can help us grow our online presence, create engaging content, and position Udex as a strong and recognisable brand within architecture, property development, planning, and construction.

The role will include:

• Managing Udex’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Creating and scheduling regular content
• Editing short-form videos, reels, project updates, and educational content
• Developing content ideas and strategies to increase engagement and followers
• Helping create posts around our projects, planning approvals, before-and-after transformations, site progress, architecture tips, and property value uplift
• Writing captions and social media copy in a professional and engaging tone
• Monitoring performance and suggesting improvements
• Supporting the development of a consistent brand voice and visual identity online
• Using AI tools where appropriate to improve content creation, planning, captions, video editing, and strategy

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Strong understanding of how to grow followers and increase engagement
• Good video editing skills for reels, TikToks, and short-form content
• Ability to create content ideas and a clear posting strategy
• Good understanding of current social media trends
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Confidence using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Preferably experience using AI tools for content creation, editing, planning, and marketing
• Interest in architecture, interiors, property, construction, or real estate would be a strong advantage

This role would suit someone creative, organised, and results-driven who can take ownership of our social media presence and help us grow the Udex brand.

Contract: Initial 2-month contract
Review: Performance review during the contract, with the opportunity to move into a longer-term role based on results
